After conducting a comprehensive analysis of the existing website and brand materials, MCo recognized a disconnect between the poor visual design of the previous site and the high-quality, hand-crafted nature of Bastide's product offering.
MCo addressed this by updating the website's aesthetic to align with Bastide's brand ethos, as well as addressing the need for ADA compliance by developing new web-safe colors that adhered to accessibility standards while remaining true to Bastide's brand guidelines. To boost conversion rates, they implemented clear calls-to-action, streamlined the checkout process, and added features like wishlists and product recommendations.
Additionally, MCo implemented a user-friendly content management system on Shopify Plus, and provided a comprehensive training to empower Bastide’s team to easily update and maintain the site to keep content fresh.
